[GEM-dev] pix_coordinate and square vs rectangular textures

hey all,

I was messing with pix_coordinate today to see if I can figure out how to
make one texture seamlessly stretch over a number of objects. That is the
texture is not repeated, but each object only shows a portion of it. Yes
the objects are static.

Attached is the demo patch. Looks like pix_video coordinates (mode 0) get
pretty messed up with the default pix_coordinate values. pix_image (square
image) seems to look fine...

Maybe pix_coordinate needs a switch to know if its getting a square
texture of a rectangular one?

I will be texturing live video here so It is important to get it working
with rectangular textures (actually I'd rather just have 1:1 and 2:1 and
4:1 ratio cameras.. alas...)

Oh, and this is on OSX, no pix_video working on my linux box yet.
