[GEM-dev] removing markex from Gem

So MarkEx has been part of the externals build system, and now the  
Pd-extended build system for a while.  It is also still included in  
Gem. abs, average, counter, and reson all conflict with others, and we  
all know is very difficult to resolve name conflicts when the objects  
are compiled into a lib.

Could MarkEx be removed from Gem?
