[GEM-dev] couldn't create udpsend/udpreceive in pd-extended 0.40.3 on intel mac after several reinstallation.

The best list is the pd-list or the forum, gem-dev is for Gem  
development only.

It sounds like you might be trying to open the same port number  
multiple times.  Only one object use a given port number.
