[GEM-dev] getting latest Gem into Pd-extended

Small note:

I will update developer documentation in puredata.info to remove
references to the Gem SVN.
Moreover, IMHO abandon svn all the way, since having both the svn and
the git repos around can be confusing (and has been). Not a big deal
anyways.
