no, the error is due to wrong names in the include directivces;
it's only that your filesystem brought the problem into focus.

it would be great if you could provide a patch for such fixes
(preferrably a git-patch, so you get the credits and blames)

your proposed fixes are rather simple, but a patch is even simpler to apply.
