hi,

i think i finally found a cause of numerous errors
and crashes in mp3amp~ ( formerly known as shoutamp~ )
which were caused by the dropping of frames when they were
not complete ( the fault was in the external code where i once did that 
mistake )...
in fact, mpglib needs all frames to decode them properly
because some samples might be overlapping on several frames.

so, it's out now, in v0.9, just you tell me
if this works better because i DO NOT guarantee
that ALL ERRORS HAVE BEEN FIXED.
