[PD-dev] MacOSX zexy

Hi iohannes &c.

I just checked in changes to zexy that enable what I hope is a clean make
for MacOSX. I only modified the source files with #ifdefs. I changed one
#ifdef from "linux" to "unix" in z_sfrecord.c, so that would be the one
place that might require some verification.

Mac folks, try a checkout on externals/zexy, and try to "make -f
makefile.darwin".
