[PD-dev] Sysex out in 0.37-1

Hi all,

I've noticed that the 'midiout' object is now implemented in 0.37-1 in 
windows. However, it still seems to be broken. I made a patch for 
0.37-test6 which fixes the object. It still works with 0.37-1. Just 
wondered whether anyone else had got the midiout object working under 
windows?

Also, where do we send possible/suggested patches to fix things like this?
