[PD-dev] Sysex out in 0.37-1

Hi Padraig,

I'm glad you managed to get MIDI output running in Windows... it's hard for
me to test the MIDI scene since I have to use my son's machine which always
has worms and stuff.  Is your patch uploaded anywhere I can get it and
stuff it into my copy?
