Summary: insert/delete breakpoints in scalars using the mouse

Initial Comment:

Having the ability to insert and delete breakpoints using the mouse 
into arrays when they are represented by scalars would make 
editing them much better.  Currently, you have to edit text in the 
"Properties" dialog in order to insert and delete array points.
