[PD-dev] which portaudio for building Pd on Windows

So I have shelved building Pd with MinGW at the moment and am now just  
trying to get Pd to build using MSVC.  But it dies because its missing  
ringbuffer.h from portaudio.  I tried downloading portaudio sources,  
but no luck so far.

Can anyone tell me which version of portaudio to compile Pd against?   
Or even better, send me a tar.gz of their build dir?
