[PD-dev] removing docs links from /dev/FrontPage

Basically all of the pages in /docs/developer are now also listed on  
this page:

http://puredata.org/dev/FrontPage

This is just duplicating the existing page on /docs/developer and  
that page is really long.  Anyone mind if I remove the links to docs  
there?  It would be much more useful to have that page be a listing  
of the /dev/ stuff instead of just duplicating another page.  (FYI:  
this was added as part of IOhannes' reverted, though apparently only  
partially, shuffle of puredata.org docs.)
