Summary: bugs in toxy alpha 19 dll

Initial Comment:
On extended 0.39-2 test3  toxy tow.dll and widget.dll
doesn't work,
  I've replaced these alpha19 dll version with the
alpha15 available in miXed site,
 it worked better, even the multiscale widget that
didn't work before, nice.
But widget doesn't work when it's on a patch opened at
pd boot with -open option.

I am not sure but it might come from the file setup.wid
