Summary: pddplink improvements

Initial Comment:
* make the link turn a different color when selected
* have a -closeonclick flag so that pddplink can be used to navigate through tutorials
* make it possible to do relative paths for html links (so that for example the tutorials/help files can link to the local copy of the pd manual)
