[PD-dev] Pixel Tango maintainer

Hi All,

I'm looking into maintaining the Pixel Tango library for PD extended which
is currently listed as not having a maintainer,  is there any licence issue
I should be aware of, (e.g if I would be authorised to do so if I am not
the author?) I'm not aware of any myself

Any comments on this library would be appreciated too
