[PD-dev] Pixel Tango maintainer

Hey Alan,

pixeltango is GPLv2 so the license is easy.  Ben Bogart was the main
author, as far as I know. Its an interesting idea, highlevel patching
for video apps.  It could use some testing and bugfixes, but I think its
usable.
