Very simple by using this: https://github.com/tpoechtrager/osxcross

It was easy to install, and it even maps macports, so you can for instance
write
"osxcross-macports install libsamplerate" to install the libsamplerate
package from macports if you want to cross-compile a program which
uses libsamplerate.
