Hey Miller,

I'm not sure if you follow the github pullrequests so I figured I'd write
you an email as well as posting.

I have 2 jack related pull requests up, both of which are really useful for
me and I figure would be for others. One of them lets you set the name of
pd's jack client and the other disables the automatic connections to the
jack graph. This all came about because I wanted to run multiple instances
of PD with unique jack client names to do processing of phone calls with
asterisk. The automatic connections become tiresome if they're never what
you want [though in the common case, they are.. just not this one].
