Hi, usually when people mention the "pd list", they do not mean this one
but the more general "pd list", see here:

The bug reports for the new test release are being mostly discussed and
pointed out there. For instance, see this thread:
https://lists.puredata.info/pipermail/pd-list/2017-07/119802.html

Here you'll find the more hardcore developers working out issues that do
not interest most people in the general pd list, as it involves more
technical details in the source code and stuff - therefore, this list is
also less "busy" than the other one.

Yes, this is a known issue. This feature was removed in the initial "help
browser keyboard update" for some reason. Dan is working on it.
