[PD-dev] plans for next Pd release

Hi Dan -

The CAF stuff is working fine (I had to fix some stupid OS-dependent include
thing, no big deal).

It looks like there will be some more TCL/TK compatibility fun to be had.
As I understand it TCL/TK 8.7 will drop Windows XP support so I'll probably
end up distributing with a choice of 8.6 for XP compatibilty or 8.7 for
newer Windows machines.
