Where are the executables ??

Hi !!

I´ve just downloaded
ftp://iem.mhsg.ac.at/pd/WIN/pd-0.25TEST3.tar.Z
and tried to unzip it.
But there aren´t any executables in the directory pd\bin !!!!

What have I done wrong ? Doesn´t this zipfile contain a fully compiled
version for Windows ?
