[PD] Where can I download Gem for Linux ( not a debian distribution)

I am running pd with redhat and I was wondering where
I can get Gem for linux. The few packages I have tried
are all for Debian distribution whichc I don't have. I
am running redhat 7.1. Guenter suggested
ftp://xdv.org/pub/gige/gem/gem-0.84-6.tar.gz
but I have not been able to reach that link? Anyone
any suggestions?
