hi miller ! hi list !

i changed the pd-code to support downsampling in sub-patches (no
upsampling yet).
the upsampling method for the outlets is still very simple (set samples
inbetween to zero)
but it fits my current needs.
i tested the code both with pd-034TEST4 and pd-033PATCH2. it is not
likely to work with sources prior to pd-033.
--> help-patch+sources are attached (it's only 14k, so i hope nobody
minds)

working with pd-034TEST4 is sometimes painful. pe when trying to "find
-> last error ?" pd will crash when the patch-window that hosts the
error is closed.
