[PD] Max's URN?

hi,

the closest 'urn' alike is probably 'shuffle' object from motex library,
but it does not report (and does not stop at) the last possible value --
after reaching the end you get the reshuffle instead (no second outlet).
The extra bonus is that you can perform step scaling and range shifting
internally through shuffle arguments or inlets.
