[PD] Pd: system call timed out

Dear list.

I'm running version pd-34-2 :
compile fine !
Test audio and midi : OK 
I can create some patchs, and they work !!!

But i've got this msg : "Pd: system call timed out" in the terminal.

What does this mean and how to avoid it ?
It have some consequence on the .pdrc : libs are not loaded and the -path 
option is ignored.

my .pdrc was working with pd-33
