[PD] New GrIPD v0.0.8

A new version of GrIPD is available at the usual place:
http://mambo.peabody.jhu.edu/~jsarlo/gripd/

-Fixed the align horizontal and align vertical functions
-Added joystick support

(not sure if this is useful to anyone else, but I needed to control PD via
a joystick over the net and use my GrIPD GUI, so there it is!)
