[PD] streamin(13)~

i have the newest version and tried it also with make clean, but it
does not work.

the modified streamin13~ from Olaf works, but streamout13~ does not
(thanks for the modification and the windows port, Olaf).


setsockopt failed

listening to port number 8008
load_object: Symbol "streamout13_tilde_setup" not found
 streamout13~ localhost 8008 4
... couldn't create
