[PD] OSC: typetags for pd (fwd)

i have put a new version of OSC for pd on
http://barely.a.live.fm/pd/OSC/OSCx_20020305.tgz

sendOSC:
typetagged msgs is on by default when using "send /bla 1 2 3.4 cinq six"
you can switch it with the "typetags 0|1" message
or you can directly access "senduntyped" and "sendtyped" methods.

dumpOSC:
added outlet support for tagged i,f,s,T,F items.
