[PD] vst~ beta release

The vst~ object has moved to a beta release. 

It currently supports: 

graphical editor
"string" interface (like plugin~)
MIDI notes and control changes 
limited program support 

Due to the nature of plugins there is no help patch
but rather it comes with a PDF manual detailing all 
the messages it responds to. 

It works with a fair amount of plugins but there are 
many variations in the way people implement them 
so if you find something that doesn't work please email 
me and I will endevour to make it work.
