[PD] spectral stretching using phase vocoder??

I didn't do the implementation of it :(, The discussion
started as a question what framp is really doing.

The solution Miller suggested was pd based, If you are going to do
it, personally I would prefer an external (or rather an internal) to
complete the phasevocoder path :)
