[PD] solutions for my XP problems

when i type pd at the command prompt i get this message:

«not using MIDI input (use pd -midiindev 1 to override
C:
spawnl: No such file or directory
C:/bin/wish83.exe: couldn't load TCL»

i typed again using the advice and i got this also:
«midiInOpen: A device ID has been used that is out of range for your system.»

i put all files in the pd1 folder.
i tried version 0.34-4.msw and 0.35-test16.msw
since this is my first try with pd, i have absolutely no idea what to do.
