[PD] (OT) Mac OSX

Hello folks 
it seems that within a few months i am going to need to use Mac OSX
with pd coming up to it, PVC 3.0 being ported etc....and Grad school muss
i have to keep 9.2 on there for my Final Cut Pro, etc...
Is there a way to Dual-boot OsX and 9.2 a la linux??

I have everything working rather nicely on the Mac ...Max/Msp etc...
and do not want to screw things up
All and any Caveats will be appreciated
