greetings all,

after banging my head over possibilities for a dynamic "send",
i wrote this workaround.

from the README:

    'forward' objects do dynamic message forwarding.

    Given a list as input, a 'forward' object interprets the initial list
    element as the name of a 'receive' object, and [send]s the rest of the
    list to that object.
