[PD] midi sync on win32?

hi,

because i didn't find anything helpfull in the archives, i'll try to ask this simple as possible:

how do i "sync" PD with, lets say cubase or a hardware sequencer ?
(start, stop & tempo)

has some1 made something like this with PD?
