[PD] OS X & motu 828

Wow, sounds ugly, but there's hope...

try different values of "-audiobuf" (5, 10, 5, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80, 100)
and hope that fixes it

Otherwise comment out the offending line in pa_mac_core.c and pray..
