[PD] help: mac osx + m-audio delta66 (sounddev error)

Mmm... looks similar to what I get on the Delta 4/10 on the NT setup I
look after...

does this work?

./pd -audioindev 3 -audiooutdev 9

and then if that works, how about 

./pd -audioindev 3,4 -audiooutdev 9,10

I'm quite curious to hear about M-Audio devices on OSX, as I'm quite
interested in their interfaces...
