[PD] [GEM] second screen

Hi

I just committed changes to the GEM CVS that add a message which sets 
the second screen mode for the [gemwin].   usage: [secondscreen 0/1( 
-  to enable or disable the second screen fullscreen output.  this 
flag has to be set before creating the gemwin.

this should enable users without hardware acceleration on the second 
screen to at least use the main accelerated display for output.  GEM 
does not work with un-accelerated hardware on OSX, and probably will 
never do so.

you can either build from CVS or wait until the next binary update 
(this weekend at the latest).
