when building ggee (from CVS)

i get the following errors

control/serialctl.c:174:10: warning: pasting "|=" and "ISIG" does not give
a valid preprocessing token

a valid preprocessing token

it then fails on:

control/serialctl.c:174: `ISIG' undeclared (first use in this function)
control/serialctl.c:174: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once


any hints? - august.
