[PD] ggee serialctl

Hi august

several people have reported problems when compiling serialctl under
linux, it works on my system though.

Which distribution are you using ?

You might get away by uncommenting line 174, of course you will not
be able to set this bit then.
(Or get the new version from CVS).
Please let me know if it works.
