[PD] bug? no loadbang on pd message object instantiation

it surely is a feature, [loadbang]s are supposed to be propagated 
through outlets of an abstraction, but when dynamically creating 
subpatches, you cannot be sure, that the outlet is already connected to 
something.
i think there is something like |loadbang( you can send to an 
abstraction to fire it's loadbangs. (never tried this)
