[PD] making seq usable outside of here

hi all,

seems like it is time for making seq into the cyclone.  Actually,
it has been there, secretly, for some time already.  Needs many
improvements and testing, though.

There has been reports (or one report?) about seq-related crashes.
Today, I tried hard, under both linux and windows, with many midi
files from various sources, but could not get seq to crash.

True, sysex handling is not implemented yet, but this is not
likely to be the cause.

Whoever experiences these crashes (or other misbehaviours) --
I would be grateful to know about the context.
