[PD] missing mididevs 0.37t6/win32

actually, sticking with 0.36 solves this problem, just wanted to post about it so that theres some record of the bug so that maybe its fixed in a future update.

this is a win32 system with a MOTU USB interface with 2 ins and outs and MidiYoke with 8 virtual ins/outs. on .37 only midi yoke is shown in the device list, however even it cannot be opened, instead returning the error:
could not open midi input device number 1: PortMidi: 'Invalid device ID'
since both devices are -listdev'd and usable in .36 i'll just stick w/ it for now..
