[PD] pd, asio, & kx audio driver

Cool... do you happen to get lower latencies than the 50 msec and up
I get on soundblasters using MMIO?  (you can find out using the
latency tester in "pure documentation"/7.stuff/tools/latency.pd)

If it's lower latency than MMIO maybe I'll try again to get it running
on my system...
