[PD] Gem with Framestien

hello,

I am new with Gem and Framestien...I was wondering if
there was a way to send the gemwin into a fs.frame or
if there was a way to take a snapshot of a gemwindow
and send it to a fs window.... This maybe something
covered in the documentation, but if someone has a
quick answer I would appreciate it. thank you.
