[PD] serial input comport2000

-running windows 2000 os, i can successfully load the comport2000 libraries, 
but the object cannot be created. a patch, testcomport.pd, that comes with 
the comport package creates an error because the inlets and outlets of the 
object comport do not appear-

-i have tried using separate software to open the serial port, yet the 
comport still doesn't work-

-has anyone had this problem? if so, how to fix it...if not, are you running 
with os windows 2000 and pd 0.36?
