perhaps, I need to find a better way of disabling all the dummies,
while keeping the operators and the import, instead of loading
hammer and sickle separately. For the time being, the trick for
canceling specific dummy declarations, hence, unmasking true
externals, is to put an empty <dummy>.pd file (vst~.pd in this
case) in a cyclone's binary directory (or any other dir listed on
a Pd path). Having it done, the order of -lib options would not
matter.

this was compiled against Pd 0.37 test6, which is not compatible
with test10, I believe.

The good news is some of the changes introduced into test10 will
actually make the task of maintaining cyclone easier (from now on,
separate builds for different Pd versions will not be necessary so
frequently).

It seems, however, that I will not be able to keep up with windows
builds anymore. Hopefully, the sourceforge will serve as the
source for the winbinaries too, some day.

Krzysztof
