[PD] New user question: How to create simple audio delay?

Thanks for the help, however when I run this I just hear a solid tone on
top of the line in audio. I tried playing with that value but it just
changes the pitch of the tone.

Am I doing something wrong? I'm feeding my AM radio into the line in in
my Santa Cruz audio card.

delay lines are quite easy to make with pd, see my attached patch
