[PD] pb to install pd in mandrake with lib tcl/tk

Hello ! 

I try to install the newet version of PD 
(http://crca.ucsd.edu/~msp/Software/pd-0.37-0.i386.rpm) on Mandrake, 
but I have little problem...! 
I try "rpm -i pd-0.37-0.i386.rpm", and I have this error: libtcl.so.0 and 
libtk.so.0 are needed, but didn't found.... 
I have downloaded and installed the newest version of the lib tcl/tk, but I 
have always this error... 
Why ? 
Where want PD find this libraries ?
