[PD] usb_input2pd

I wrote one for the Linux event system [linuxevent], its in CVS and very
alpha.  I could be cajoled to make it work properly.

I am also thinking of trying to write an [sdlevent] object, based on
libsdl, which would be cross-platform, but since that would be an
unorthodox use of libSDL, it would be some work.
