ok great, finally I think I have sort of a clue what you want to do,
so your options are:

netsend - netreceive but you'll have to develop your own mini protocol
defining what is what.

OSC - just stick an OSC header and receiver to to the beginning of your
midi message send it, parse it at the other end route it to the instrument
you want et voila
